At The Original Maple Bat Corporation, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment. If your unused stock bat or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.

Verify Eligibility

Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition and original packaging; please note that custom-engraved bats are final sale and cannot be returned.

Contact Support

Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Pack and Ship

Securely package your bat to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it to our warehouse.

Inspection and Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
